Iwata Studio Series Compressor: Smart Jet

Iwata Smart Jet airbrush compressor is compact and quiet with low to medium output with an adjustable working pressure of 1-30 PSI. It is a good choice for general purpose applications that require low to medium air pressure.

Iwata Smart Jet is equipped with auto shut-off technology, which enables the compressor to shut itself off when not in use. This feature upgrade is known to lengthen the life span of the compressor motor because it reduces the workload of the motor over time.

Iwata Smart Jet has a moisture filter that prevents pulsation and traps condensation, delivering clean, dry air. The mounted pressure gauge displays the air pressure. The fully adjustable air regulator is controlled with the regulator knob and the gauge displays precise air pressure 

The Smart Jet has an air intake filter that protects the motor from dust and particulates and allows easy-access for quick filter changes. Iwata Smart Jet comes with a high strength polyurethane airbrush hose for Iwata airbrushes.

Also included are air hose adaptors for Badger, Aztek and Paasche brand airbrushes, a replacement air intake filter and a detailed operation manual.

Iwata Smart Jet with HP-C Plus airbrush

The Smart Jet is the first good airbrush compressor I've owned and I have been very, very pleased with it. It's of excellent quality and is a great match for the HP-C Plus I bought from Maple at the same time. As for the HP-C Plus airbrush, it's a highly flexible tool, is extremely easy to use and clean, and once I got the hang of airbrushing in general, its performance has been exactly what I needed.

Also, thanks to Donna and the help she gave a novice (me) with choosing the right equipment. She made sure I got what suited my needs, and customer service was fast and efficient. I would not hesitate to do business with Maple again.
