About Us

Maple Airbrush was founded in 2013 by Donna Busch. Donna saw a need for a reliable Canadian Airbrush Supply shop. Taking a leap of faith, she launched the website on May 4, 2013. Initially shipping from her basement "store". 

Over the next 5 years as the business grew and the demand for Airbrush Classes and the ability to be able to "shop" in a retail location, Maple was on the move! In April of 2018, Donna opened a small retail location and began the journey into Retail Sales. She relied on her past work experience in accounting and business, to grow and build a great resource for the Canadian Airbrush Industry.

Shortly after opening the Retail location, regular introduction to airbrush classes were scheduled, eventually expanding to multi-day workshop hosting incredible Canadian and International artists, including Rod Fuchs (Canada), Gerald Mendez (USA), Daniel Power (Australia), Steve Young (Canada), Kevin Wilson (Canada). 

In March of 2019 Donna was thrilled when her daughter Elyssa joined the business and took over Managing the daily Retail Operation, shipping and customer experience. 

In November of 2022, Maple was once again on the move to a larger location, that will allow the business to grow and offer regular classes and meet ups. They look forward to growing the business internationally. 

Maple is still a small Canadian Family business operated by Donna and Elyssa. They strive to provide that old fashioned corner store experience and are often heard telling there new friends they really don't need something, We want to share and help where ever we can. Maple is looking to better the customer experience for the airbrush community.
