Krautcover Groundcovers: Powder Snow 140ml

Powder Snow is part of our Groundcover range, made with a carefully balanced mix of natural materials for realistic terrain building. It’s designed to create cool, wintery textures on miniature bases, dioramas, and wargaming tables — perfect for snowy battlefields, frozen paths, and alpine landscapes.

This complex snow blend builds up with great volume while still allowing smooth, natural edge blending into surrounding terrain. Because the powder holds some shape, you can easily add details like footprints, wheel tracks, or worn travel routes for extra realism.

Like all of our Groundcovers, Powder Snow works beautifully with natural soils, sands, grits, and scatters, and it can also be mixed with our Kraut Paste paste medium to create fast, versatile texture pastes. It combines especially well with our Basecovers, including Snowy Highland Pass and Kraut-Paste Snow, making it easy to build layered winter terrain in no time.

We also completely avoid glass dust and other harmful mineral dusts — so you can craft confidently.
