120231 Ultra 2024 Airbrush

Shipping was fast and the product amazing. Realy, this airbrush is super well built and designed. Everthing is made for ease of use. I airbrushed many hours during the last 3 years with a mid-cheap ish airbrush from amazon. I upgraded to this one as a real mid tier airbrush and honestly I should have strarted with this one from the begining :').

The Ultra worked beautifully from day one. I particularly like the easy-to-clean needle tip design and the dial function that quickly adjusts paint flow from primer, base and to smaller, more intricate work. Great all-purpose airbrush!

I got the AB and setup it up as per the H&S introduction video, followed along and what I got was a disastrous spray all over my paint booth. The paint bubbled because there was no nozzle ring present. Reported the problem and all I got from the H&S factory was push back and denial. Was told that was impossible because all ABs are tested. Took pictures got a new seal from Maple and problems persisted. The needle seal and the needle were a problem also. Then what I got from H&S was that's impossible it's user error. While that might be part of the problem, I pointed to video that says all ABs are tested and there is no need to take apart a perfect good AB. After than the factory stop responding to emails. the problems were reported within 30 days. H&S refused to replace the AB. They wanted to do a warranty inspection instead. I declined as I just replaced the AB with a different product. Mapple/Donna have been helpful which is why this review is not a 1. However in the end I didn't get a brand new functioning AB or what I consider to be suitable remediation of the problem
