Delivery was a problem as I was told 2 days and it turned out to be 5 from shipping date, not order date which was on a Friday. Package which included a candy paints arrived very cold, the heating pack was cold, not sure if product froze.

Peak Season shipping/weather will delay deliveries. Once the order has been shipped we are at the mercy of different courier companies. We have no control over delivery times, once in their hands.
We do the absolute best that we can, with the limitations of the courier companies including wrapping all paint in foam/plastic/paper in an attempt to insulate against our Canadian Winters.
