Colors are water-based, multi-surface airbrush acrylics designed for versatility with optimum performance on nearly any project. Large, pearlescent flakes of color combined with a durable transparent resin make Wicked Hot Rod Sparkle Colors an excellent choice for interior or exterior applications.
- Hot Rod Sparkles refract light and create a sparkling effect when top-coated with a gloss clear such as Createx 4050 UVLS Gloss.
- Apply sparingly as a mid-coat color over any other base color
- Hot Rod Sparkle Colors are best sprayed with an airbrush tip-size of 0.5mm at 25 - 35+ psi
- Thin with 4011 Reducer for use with smaller tip-sizes and lower psi settings Mix with 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 UVLS Clear for improved adhesion & durability onto plastics and other hard surfaces

This review is well overdue but I finally have a moment to write it. The service at Maple Airbrush Supplies is amazing. Since I discovered this family owned business. It has been my go to place to purchase my materials and supplies. Not only do they always have what I need when I need it, the customer service is wonderful and friendly always taking the time to help me with any questions I have. I recently made a large purchase and accidentally forgot an item and didn’t realize I forgot to get it until my package arrived. I reached out and explained my situation and Donna took care of everything. Thank you so much and a small gesture like the goes a long way. If you are an airbrush artist, this should be you go to place for all your airbrushing needs!
I am still new to this airbrush paint and I did use it once on a project and was very pleased with the results. Of course I will be heading back into maple airbrush supply to get more paint and an assortment of other colours. Thanks so much for all the assistance
