Workshop Cancelation Policy

Course Cancellation by Maple Airbrush Supplies
In the event that a course is canceled by Maple Airbrush Supplies, students will  receive a full refund of the course fee. This refund will be processed without any administrative fees.

Introduction Airbrushing Classes - Non-refundable

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, students may submit a written appeal for a partial refund or course credit. Supporting documentation will be required. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by Maple Airbrush Supplies will be final.

Airbrush Course Withdrawal Policy - Workshops

  • Students wishing to withdraw from an airbrush course must submit a written request via email to info@mapleairbrush.com. The date of the withdrawal request will be considered the official withdrawal date and will determine eligibility for any refund.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for course withdrawals will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • More than 14 Days Before Course Start Date: Full refund of the course fee minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • 7 to 14 Days Before Course Start Date: 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Less than 7 Days Before Course Start Date: No refund will be issued.

No-Shows: Students who do not attend the course, no refunds or course credits will be issued

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days of the withdrawal request approval. Students will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
