A glossy Black Base, to further enhance the sheen of the applied metallic colors. Xtreme Metal is a quality metallic range, developed with outstanding pigments, and specially formulated to give you the best results. You do not need to base first, The Gloss Black should be completely dry before applying other colors on it like Chrome or Polished aluminum.
