CL 200 iwata Cleaning Mat

How often have small parts rolled off the table, hit the floor and were lost or damaged while cleaning your airbrush? iwata has the perfect solution for you!

We all know that the cleaning process is not the most cherished of tasks for the airbrush artist or hobbyist. The moment you begin the breakdown of your prized airbrush the finely machined parts are at their most vulnerable, this cleaning mat minimizes a loss or damage and it pays for itself in short order and is a must for any airbrush artist.

The benefits are many:

  • the raised edge of the 11.75 x 10.75 in. mat confines the small parts to one central cleaning area where they cannot roll free
  • soft, flexible material cushions the parts and prevents them from being scratched or nicked by otherwise hard surfaces;
  • non-skid backing prevents the mat from moving around
  • cut-away graphic of a stylized airbrush assists with the assembly process.

Nice product. I didn't expect the lycra fabric over the mat. One advice :store the mat in place enough large to accomodate otherwise the mat will crack if bendt a bit.

No more missing pieces

I never thought it was possible to lose a small part on a ceramic tile floor - I was wrong! Good insurance for preventing damaged elderly knees crawling around trying to find it!

Amazing Job

Does what it's supposed to

At first glance this seems gimmicky. After having lost a nozzle that rolled off my desk, I've come to appreciate that it's not a gimmick. It seems expensive for what it is, but it's still cheaper than a new nozzle....
