Cuts Circles efficiently

This product cuts clean circles in a fast and efficient manner. It can be used to cut various categories of paper and rubber plates with a thickness less than 0.4mm.

It can be used to produce cover paper during the colouring of circular areas such as car models, cover paper for hubs in various kinds of model cars. It can also be used to cut plastic or rubber plates (thickness less than 0.4mm) to produce custom-made circular parts.
