The Iwata Neo nozzles and needles are apparently not of the same quality as the Japanese made models so it is very important to keep a back-up of each handy. I didn’t and had to rely on my non-trigger airbrushes to get me thru almost a week before my replacements from Maple arrived. I expected delivery to take a lot longer. Maple has become my go-to place for anything “airbrush”.
I picked up the parts for my Neo Iwata TRN2 airbrush to convert it to a smaller needle and nozzle size for finer details. There was a slight misunderstanding and I had to reorder another part to make it work but I was offered free shipping to get the part i needed so I could get back to work sooner. It was a great experience and the customer service was second to none.
Thank you for getting me the products promptly :)
These needles are very easily bent or damaged in some way, and I find having the spare parts on hand very good at keeping my mind at ease. I recommend to everyone to keep spare parts for their airbrush on hand because you never know.
