Hold decals in place!

I have had a lot of decals on my models not want to hold in place after dry and want to fall off, or when clear coating blow off. This stuff really adheres them down well and used with Mr.Mark softener, the decals will be bonded down and wont remove by the accident of fly sneezing. I have tested it on 30 year old decals that due to age won't stick down on their own to the models, this stuff has bonded them down on my test subject.
