If you already have the Quick Disconnect Set (I-160-3) and are looking to quick connect additional iwata airbrushes to your air hose then this is the fitting you are looking for. Ideally it would be nice to have a (QD) Male Adapter for each additional airbrush or, at the very least, one for each of your most popular airbrushes. Simply leave the fitting attached and swap out your brush using the same air hose that has been outfitted with the female (QD) Hose Joint.

Well worth the money!

I bought a generic quick disconnect adapter from Amazon before for my Iwata Eclipse HP-CS and had air leak issue. So I bought the Iwata adapter and it works like a charm. It costs more but it's the quality I can trust. I think it's worth the money on avoiding the hassle; very happy with the product.
