TAKUMI Custom Micron Side-Feed

I have been using Iwata for more than 20 yrs and have had a few Microns, the Takumi is just that more refined and love it for the detail work I love to create. Thank you !!!!!!!

Always been pleased with IWATA but this is the best one yet!

Insane detail, control and uses very little air. I love this airbrush. It is built beautifully. I was mostly sold on this model from Mark on the Art Workshop channel. I am primarily using this to paint on gessoed paper and canvas. (Still learning)

Been shooting my new detail gun and have found it to be the best ever. Paint mixture and correct air pressure are critical to it spraying the finite detail your after. Given its tight tolerances it can be finicky. A little lube on the needle helps avoid the inevitable tip dry. I also opted for the 3ml paint cup as it makes the gun much more compact, and the ability to switch the cup side to side Make the gun great especially in harder to reach areas. thanks to Maple airbrush for great service.

Received my TAKUMI today. This is my second Custom Micron (have the CM-C Plus also). Both brushes are the "best of the best," but I'm even more impressed with the Takumi's design (just a tiny bit more). With its more compact body and head design, I'm certain this brush will let me get in real tight, producing the super-fine detail I need in some drawings. As with the CM-C Plus, It's going to take me some time to become proficient with it, but am excited to learn.
