Illustration Colors are Createx Colors flagship airbrush paints designed for refined atomization and flow through the smallest of airbrush tip sizes, at low psi settings.

Initially designed for the illustrator and fine artist Illustration has proven to be very popular with automotive; mural and a wide range of other airbrush artists due to it's ease of use, spray-ability and light-fast automotive grade pigments.

  • Highly pigmented
  • Transparent colors
  • Dries to a matte finish
  • Light fast, Automotive grade pigments
  • Delayed curing making colors erase easily and after 48 hours cure to a hard coating. Illustration Colors may be sprayed direct from the bottle or thinned with 4011 or 4013. Mixing 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear with Illustration Colors for an excellent automotive transparent color. When mixed with 4030 Balancing Clear, Illustration Colors do not soft erase.

These illustration line paints are amazing. The amount of improvment over the already good wicked line paints is actually quite noticeable. Detail and fine lines with this paint is easier to accomplish and very user friendly. I highly recommend you try these if you are even on the fence as I am confident they will not disappoint.

Good product for doing fine work. Needs only a little bit of reducer to be sprayed at lower psi. I use it for all portraits and small detail items.
